Does R&G accept returns?
Yes! We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery. Check out our return policy for more info on returns. We DO NOT accept returns on Sale items
How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are shipped out in 1-2 business days depending when order was placed. Orders placed before 9:00am EST will ship same day. You’ll receive tracking info via email.
We ship 5 days a week, MON-FRI!
Can I exchange for a different size?
Yes! As long as we have the size you need in stock! If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size email us: info@shoprebelandgrace.com
How long do restocks take?
We only restock items in high demand. If there’s a specific product you would like restocked feel free to reach out and we’ll see what we can do!
Do your items run true to size?
Yes! All of our items fit true to size, unless otherwise specified in the product description. We hand measure each product and provide fit details for every style, so check there before making your purchase. Always feel free to message us for more help!
Do you have a storefront?
No, we are an online boutique only. However, we offer local pickup in Wellington, FL. Just select “Local Pickup” at checkout and we'll give you a call when your order is ready. We also attend events in the South FL area. Check our events on our website for more info.
What can I get on a budget?
We add tons of items to our Sale & Last one tab weekly. There you will find items for up to 75% off original price. We also offer 10% off to all first time shoppers and returning customers.
How can I sign up for rewards?
Existing Customers: Click the Reward icon on the bottom left of your screen and sign in. New Customers: Click on the Reward icon and sign up for our rewards program, or do so by clicking "Account" in the top right of our homepage.
How do I start earning reward points?
Congrats on becoming a VIP! Earning rewards is super easy. Earn points from every dollar spent, signing up for rewards, following or liking us on social media, and your birthday! Check your rewards account in the bottom left hand corner for more info and to see your point status.
How can I redeem my rewards?
You'll receive emails with your reward information and coupons to use when you reach reward milestones.
How can I track my order?
You’ll receive tracking info via email once your order is shipped! If you don’t see it please check junk/spam folders. You can also track orders through the Shop app, just use the same email you ordered with.
Can I pay in installments?
Yes! We offer Shop Pay. Shop Pay allows orders over $35 to be paid in installments. Head to the Shop app for more information or email us.
How long does it take to receive a return label?
Please allow us 1-2 business daysto respond to your return request. Once your return is approved you should receive a confirmation email with your shipping label. Email us if you need any help.

What are preorder items?
Preorder items are items we don't have in stock currently but will be coming back in shortly. We mainly do this for items with high demand so we can ensure you get the items before they sell out. Preorders are specified in the product title and description. There you will get info on when you can expect to receive your item!
