Refund policy
Returns:
- We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
- To be eligible for a return, items must be in original condition: unworn, unused, with original tags.
- Proof of purchase, this can be your invoice or order number.
- Some items, including sale items, jewelry and gift cards are not eligible for returns. These items are marked final sale in the product description prior to purchase.
- We offer free return shipping for US orders only, international orders are responsible for covering return shipping cost.
- Items must be shipped back to use within 7 business days after return label has been sent to you or no refund will be issued.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@shoprebelandgrace.com OR follow the instructions below for Self-serve returns. You will typically hear back from us within 1-2 business days, if you haven't heard from us please first check your junk/spam folder as our emails sometimes end up in there.
Self-serve return: If you created/ used a customer account during check out you are able to request and fulfill your returns through your account. If you need any help reach out to us at info@shoprebelandgrace.com
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We will cover return shipping fee only for US orders.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Lost Packages: If you believe your item has been lost in the mail or is marked delivered and has not arrived feel free to reach out. We DO NOT issue refunds on orders marked delivered. We will open a claim through the post office, but ultimately if the post office does not issue a refund we cannot issue one either.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) and items listed in Sale section of our website, jewelry and Gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, jewelry or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds:
- After we receive your return we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 1-2 business days.
- Please note, original shipping fees are non-refundable
- You'll receive a refund confirmation email once we accept your return.
- Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
